I suppose the benefits of a lonely lunch hour is you get to concentrate on drawing..

Now hands that do dishes.....

A exercise I like to do is draw moving hands. Restless hands. I find it very useful. The images feel a lot more honest than when I make studies of my own hand. The other drawing is obviously there to make up the numbers.
